Outstanding service from the start to finish!

I was completely satisfied. He stuck with me through a short sale process and a failed finance attempt, giving me real expectations, advice, and options along the entire way.

Ed is incredibly responsive, hard-working, trustworthy.

We used Ed for both buying and selling a home during 2013-14.
He showed us numerous homes for sale in the Mukilteo area and guided us to find the most appropriate one for us. In the end, we submitted a backup offer on a home that was already under contract. He went to bat for us at every junction and through perserverance was able to get our offer ultimately accepted as the first offer fell through shortly before closing. He managed the communication and buying process incredibly smoothly and clearly articulated our options and tradeoffs along the way.
Ed then listed our Edmonds house for sale. He handled all aspects of the sale and guided us in repairs and staging the home. Our home sold and we believe we got top dollar based on the prevailing market prices. Again, Ed provided every resource (repair contractors, stagers, marketing) necessary to make the sale. We would recommend him without any hesitation to a buyer or seller in the Edmonds / Mukilteo area.

Best possible experience could have had,

all due to Ed's professionalism and pro-activeness. We have recommended him to everyone we know who is interested in buying/selling a home.

Absoloutly great from start to finish!

Ed Wendling was extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly, (funny), and willing to go to great lengths to help us get our home sold.

Was VERY helpful and supportive.

I had difficulty in narrowing down my needs and my agent never gave up no matter how many times I changed my perameters. He completely represented me and has gained my complete trust. I appreciate all the help.

"Uncanny ability to understand exactly what we were looking for."

Ed presented himself as trustworthy and kind, friendly but very professional. He was very patient with our longer than average home search, and having to meet at homes while wrangling our three young children. Ed listened and understood exactly what we wanted. We REALLY appreciated his ability to filter through listing and ONLY send us the ones that would peak our interest. He nailed it every time. A former agent we worked with would send us massive listings of a bunch of houses we'd never be interested in, so we especially appreciated that Ed listened to what we wanted and saved us a lot of time, as we came to trust that he understood what we were looking for. He was very patient with our three little kids we carried around with us- It's very stressful to look at houses with little ones, but they came to know and like Ed a lot. He was trustworthy, which is important to me. I didn't feel like I had to double-check everything he was telling me.

I would look for Ed to handle any real estate needs.

Ed Wendling was a pleasure to work with. He made the selling of my Edmonds condo seamless. He is very knowledgeable.

Without Ed's guidance, we'd be, you guessed it, sleepless in....

My wife and I knew having local expertise was critical for finding the exact house in the exact neighborhood we were looking for. In Edmonds, WA this is Ed Wendling. We told Ed, "find us this house, but in Edmonds." He did.
Then he told us the market was a sellers market and we had to be prepared for a bidding war. How do you respond to that??? Ed walked us through the process and we escalated $30k. Frankly, I was stunned. But Ed kept us calm and walked us through the logic. On the day of the bid reviews, we decided to escalate another $2,500. Ed handled the escalation. And, we won the house by $2,500.
